The Inclusion Leaders Network (Incleaders) is a network and talent stimulating program for leaders who are committed to work on a more inclusive society.

Inclusive leadership is essential in a society that is rapidly changing due to migration and globalization. Inclusive Leaders Network brings different perspectives together and connect different leaders from diverse backgrounds.

The Inclusion Leaders Network (Incleaders) is a network of new leaders and provide them with the necessary tools to explore and develop their leadership skills. For example by organizing different leadership trainings and events.

The Inclusive Leaders Network is co-founded by Mpanzu Bamenga, Ahmed Larouz, Mei Ling Liem and Kamran Ullah. In cooperation with the German Marshall Fund of the United States and U.S. Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (U.S. Helsinki Commission).
